    This one is perfect to tone those arms! Crank this out in just 14 minutes, even with limited space. I'm using our DE Total Body Band (light). but modifications are shown for softer, easier movements. After you conquer this one, try doing one from our Anywhere Abs or N.E. Cardio series.

  • 11 Min. Upper Body Workout

    Tone your whole Upper Body in just 11 minutes with this one! Modifications are shown without, but I'm using our DE Total Body Band (light). Try pairing this with a workout from any of our other series for a little something extra. Enjoy!

  • 12 Min. Shoulder Burn

    Let's have some fun and burn those shoulders! You'll love it and you're done in 12 minutes. Modifications are shown, but I'm using one of our DE Total Body Bands. Add on an Anywhere Abs or N.E. Cardio workout after this if you'd like.
